I just reinstalled my Windows XP operating system and it seems like I can not download the audio and video drivers from the dell download page. My warranty for dell has run out, so please can someone help me. Do I need anything else in order to download these things. Please tell me step by step. Thank you.

go to support.dell.com and type in your service tag, if they arent listed, try xp pro or xp home, when it asks for the operating system, sometimes, a device wont have video drivers for xp home, but it will for pro, it doesnt matter which os the driver is for* in an instance like this* because the driver is still working with the same windows kernel.
