All fixes for that is in your software! if you don´t have the 10 per page option in there u have to get a new/extra software to handle it or use the one you have and get the pre perforated papers that match ur software! There is a lot of free business card programs out there! check the box were ur papers came from maybe the have free tips on fitting software on it?

There is a Dell representative on this site. Go back to the main Computers and Internet Menu and look for a blue icon on the left hand pane that says “Featured Dell Representative.” Leave a message for him. He is not there all the time, however.

The other way, of course, is to get on the Dell site and write a letter to their customer service or support technicans and ask for an RMA – have your model and serial number and proof of purchase. They probably will have a form to send to you to fill out along with an RMA number and instructions for returning the unit to them for repair or replacement.

go there and get the driver. they have both the 32 bit and 64 bit windows 7 drivers. You might want to pick up the rest of the drivers too, such as your video card, analog modem, etc.

You need to use sysprep, then have a sysprep.inf file in the c:sysprep directory.

You need to reset the HAL, try using the “UpdateHAL” option -sorry, it’s been a while since I’ve done this, also try the -bmsd option when running sysprep…

I should clarify: you run sysprep with the shutdown option so it turns the computer off when finished.

After this you boot up with a PE or DOS boot disk and take you image. When you boot up the imaged computer, it’ll then go through a mini-setup phase and set options acording to your sysprep.inf – hopefully setting them to your hardware.

This can absolutely be done, but it might take some work. Then again, you might get it first time. Looks like MS have added some options to sysprep since I used it last (3 years ago).

The password I use on my Dell can be changed when I walk away if I’m already logged on to another username. Why isn’t there a way the old password has to be typed in before a new one can be made? He’s 18, and no I don’t need any parent tips on discipline, this is a computer question. Thanks for any help.
